Autumn
We finished Term 1 with a very enjoyable Forest School day making a campfire, sawing and whittling wood and making dens. We also had hot chocolate and chocolate banana splits over the fire.
We spent a great day at the Science Observatory Centre at Herstmonceux exploring the hands-on exhibits about Space, forces, light and our Earth.
We walked around our local area inspired by Michael and Clare Morpurgo's Where My Wellies Take Me. The children produced some beautiful poems and paintings.
