Welcome to St Thomas’ Primary School

On behalf of our whole school community, I am delighted to welcome you to St Thomas’ Primary School.  We are a one-form entry primary school with our own nursery class (the only primary school in Sevenoaks to have an integrated nursery class).   We are a strong community school with the children at the heart of everything we do.  From the age of 3, our children build strong, diverse roots and they are highly motivated, independent and successful learners who play an active role in our school, local, national and international family.

We are a vibrant school who make the most of every opportunity for our children.  Our engaging curriculum and extra-curriculum ensure that are children are enthusiastic and curious about the world around them and their learning.  We provide an environment which is creative, stimulating, fun and inclusive providing lots of ambitious challenge for all our learners.

The aim of this site is to give an insight into how we approach the education of our children. It outlines our vision and aims, also providing information on the curriculum and day to day aspects of the school.
