Hemsley Conservation Centre
Year One enjoyed a fieldtrip to the Hemsley Conservation Centre to enrich their Science learning. Children listened to fascinating talks about the life of meerkats and learnt about conservation and care for the habitats of animals. We also took part in a sensory exploration, to understand how animals use their senses to find food and protect themselves.
